He believes that informed clients make better decisions, and he consistently provides the insights and guidance necessary for business owners to strengthen their financial profiles and improve their operations while working together. His goal is not just to facilitate funding, but to build long-term relationships that support sustainable and accelerated business growth.
Outside of his professional role, Armen values teamwork and camaraderie, which carries over into his enjoyment of company bowling events from time to time. A lifelong athlete, he played hockey at Rutgers and continues to stay active on the ice today, maintaining his competitive edge and love for the sport. He is also a passionate fan of the New Jersey Devils, rarely missing a chance to follow his favorite team. When he's not working or playing hockey, Armen unwinds by listening to progressive metal, a genre that matches his high-energy and driven personality.
