Fariah Alam is a Client Success Associate at Big Think Capital with experience across both the operational and client-facing sides of business financing. She began her career in finance in underwriting before transitioning into sales, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the funding process. Her background includes underwriting a variety of working capital solutions, including SBA loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and real estate financing, while collaborating across departments to understand where different products best fit each client’s needs. Fariah is passionate about building long-term client relationships, taking the time to understand each business and identify how Big Think Capital can best support its goals.
Outside of work, Fariah enjoys staying active, with Pilates being her favorite form of exercise. She also has a passion for traveling and has visited more than 15 countries, always looking forward to experiencing new places and cultures. Above all, Fariah is extremely family-oriented and considers her family her greatest source of motivation and inspiration.
